Hotel Tortuga Village, San Luis La Herradura

Tortuga Village was a relaxing spot where I felt at peace. I loved the charming atmosphere and how attentive the staff was, especially the manager who made me feel welcomed. While the cleanliness of the bungalow and peaceful environment stood out, I was disappointed with the upkeep of the pool and the issues with the shower’s hot water. Also, the dining options, particularly the breakfast, leave much to be desired.

I recently stayed at this resort, and there were some highlights and lowlights. The bungalows were very clean and private, making for a peaceful retreat, but unfortunately, the dining options were pretty disappointing and overpriced. The pool was in need of maintenance, detracting from an otherwise beautiful setting.

Tortuga Village offers a unique and tranquil experience, nestled among beautiful surroundings with friendly staff. While I appreciated the scenic location by the beach and the peace it provided, I found some aspects lacking, such as proper maintenance of facilities and limited amenities. The value for money could also be improved, especially in regards to room features and dining options.
